Arizona residents attending at the ASU California Center in Los Angeles pay the Arizona resident tuition cost the same as they would at a Metro Phoenix campus. Scholarships can still be applied. Learn more about these costs and the scholarships available. 

First year          Transfer          Graduate

ASU’s tuition for eligible California students attending in-person at the ASU California Center in Los Angeles is equivalent to the University of California's in-state tuition. Undergraduate tuition is $15,588 and graduate tuition is $15,066. Scholarships can still be applied to the base tuition rate. 

The following students are eligible for this rate:

  • Students graduating from a California high school or GED and attending ASU California Center in Los Angeles immediately following graduation.
  • You may also be eligible if:
    • Students who have attended or graduated from a post-secondary institution in California and graduated from a California high school or GED
    • Students who attended post-secondary institutions outside of California as a nonresident student and graduated with a California high school degree or GED.
    • Students who are currently living in California and have done so continuously for 12 months or more.

ASU’s tuition for out-of-state students (not eligible for the Arizona or California tuition rates) attending in-person at the ASU California Center in Los Angeles is $25,000 for both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Scholarships can still be applied to the base tuition rate.

Students attending on an F / J visa at the ASU California Center in Los Angeles will be charged ASU's International Tuition rate.

International tuition

If you are a recently admitted or currently enrolled student at the ASU California Center in Los Angeles, ASU will ensure that students will pay no more than the total amount they paid in tuition and fees in the 202526 academic year.

Because the total cost of attendance is dependent on each student’s individual circumstances, students will receive individual advisement regarding their cost of attendance.

What housing is available at the ASU California Center in Los Angeles?
