Visitor parking is available in surface parking lots and garages near the ASU California Center located at 1111 S. Broadway, Los Angeles. Visitor parking options are through independent operators. 

Reserved/prepaid option

SpotHero allows for pre-paid parking up to a month in advance at adjacent parking lots. 

Nearby parking lot locations:

• 1109 S. Main St.: This lot is operated by Unified Parking Service, Inc. It is located on the northwest side of S. Main St. between W. 11th St. and W. 12th St. The entrance is directly north of the Hawaiian Collection. You may also enter this location at 1112 S. Broadway, just south of Thelma's.
• 1123 S. Main St.: This lot is operated by JAZ Parking Inc. It is located on the northwest side of Main St. between 11th St. and 12th St.

How to redeem:

• Show the attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
• If there is no attendant present, please make sure your license plate is entered correctly on your parking pass. While adding your plate number is not required, it is recommended by operators.
• Simply leave when you're ready to go!

Options that don’t require a reservation

Curbstand parking

• Surface lot at 1158 Broadway, corner of Broadway and12th Street.
• Attendant onsite.
• Pre-paid parking is available.

Joe’s Parking

• Surface lot at 1120 S. Broadway, directly across the street from the ASU California Center.
  • Pay at the machine there is no attendant onsite and pre-paid parking is not available.
  • Covered parking available.

• 928 Broadway on the ground level of the Broadway Palace Apartments.
  • Underground parking.

Unified Parking Service

• 1109 S. Main St. located on the northwest side of S. Main St. between W. 11th St. and W. 12th St.
• There is no attendant onsite. Pay at machine or pre-paid parking is available via SpotHero.

Jaz Parking Inc.

• 1123 S. Main St. located on the northwest side of Main St. between 11th St. and 12th St.

• There is an attendant onsite, Pay at the entrance or pre-paid parking is available via SpotHero.

Visitor parking is available in the school lot with advanced coordination required, in surface parking lots, and garages near the ASU California Center Grand, ASU FIDM, located at 919 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles. Visitor parking options are through independent operators. 

ASU FIDM parking

At 9th St. between Hope St. and Grand Ave. there is underground parking open on a space-available basis for $10. Parking is staffed Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Friday, 6 a.m.– 4 p.m.

• 820 S. Grand Ave.: This lot is operated by Unified Parking Service, Inc. It is located approximately one-half block northwest of the school. This is an open-air lot with an attendant.
• 835 S. Hill St.: This garage is operated by Onni Group. It is located on the west side of Hill St. between 8th Street. and 9th Street. Standard size vehicles only. It is a secure garage with no attendant.

• Secure Garage indoor parking at 808 S. Olive St., corner of W. 8th and S. Olive streets.
• This is an automated parking facility.
• Pre-paid parking available on their website or app. 

United Parking Service, Inc.

Surface lot at 915 S. Flower St.

• Pay at the machine, there is no attendant onsite.
• Enter this location at 951 S. Flower St. This is the 709 W. Olympic Blvd. lot, operated by Unified Parking Service, Inc. It is located on the right side of S. Flower Street which is a one-way street, between W. 9th Street and W. Olympic Boulevard.

Surface lot at 1045 S. Hill St.

• Access the lot Monday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. only.
• Enter this location at 1045 S. Hill St. This lot is operated by Unified Parking Service, Inc. It is located on the northwest side of S. Hill Street between W. 11th Street and Olympic Boulevard.
